Rain Garden
Ulumalu Street

Picture
Before: Previously, the rain water would just run from the roof/downspout and down the driveway into the street. Additionally, wedelia (an invasive weed) was taking over the area adjacent to the driveway.
Picture
After: This area is much nicer now with the addition of the rain garden, and the homeowner even added some nice solar lights along the side of the rain garden.
Brief description of rain garden:
Two tiered rain garden running the length of  the driveway capturing stormwater from the roof and watering a beautiful rain garden instead of running off the driveway into the street.  This is a unique design for a rain garden, but it turned out looking really nice and is a great solution for many homeowners that have narrow areas running along their driveways.
